THE 2026 SCIENCE OF TEACHING AND SCHOOL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The Science of Teaching and School Leadership Academy brings together educators worldwide to transform their practice through Mind, Brain, and Education science. Designed for pre-K through collegiate educators and school leaders across public, charter, private, state and international settings, this four-day professional development experience equips you with teaching and learning strategies you can implement immediately. Explore the conversations shaping education today: AI integration, dignity and belonging, coaching cultures, executive function development and more. The Academy delivers a research-informed framework for activating the science of learning in your classroom, school and beyond.

What to Expect this Year:

The Center for Transformative Teaching and Learning is excited to introduce the newly refreshed MBE translation tools, including updated roadmap / placemats with “What You Should Know,” “What You Should Try” prompts and disciplinary literacy sections designed to help teachers immediately activate the Science of Learning. Each attendee will engage with these tools throughout the Academy. This isn’t just professional development, it’s a transformative experience that will change your teaching and learning brain.
