Can I transfer my virtual Academy registration to a satellite site registration later?

Academy registrations purchased through the event bundle cannot be transferred. Please read our refund policy. If you decide to attend the Academy at one of our host schools prior to February 26, we will refund the bundled registration rate less the full registration rate for the Winter Webinar Series. You will then have to register for the Academy at the current rate for satellite site attendance.

What happens if I need to cancel my Winter Webinar Series registration?

A request for cancellation or refund of the Winter Webinar Series registration purchased through the event bundle would trigger a cancellation of the Academy registration at the bundled rate. You will then have to register for the Academy at the current rate for virtual or satellite site attendance. Please read our refund policy.

When will my Academy registration be processed?

You will receive a receipt for your purchase of the bundled registration when you register for the Winter Webinar Series. When the Academy registration opens in late February, the CTTL will add you as a paid registrant and send you a confirmation email. 

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, each session will be recorded and the links to the recordings will be made available on the event platform (Whova) within 24 hours. 

What tools or resources are necessary to participate in the sessions?

Attendees can join each session via Zoom on a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. A digital workbook will be uploaded to the event platform (Whova) in advance of the first session so that attendees can choose whether to print a copy.
