Register For the Academy
The Academy is now FULL for 2017. If you add your name to this waitlist, we will contact you if spots become available, and you will have priority registration for the Academy in 2018.
Teachers and school leaders can participate in the Academy as individuals, though preference will be given to teams of teachers/school leaders from the same school as we know that returning to your home school with colleagues equally committed to integrating research informed teaching leads to a greater chance of individual teacher and school-wide change. Teachers and school leaders can also participate in the Academy through the “Partner School Program."
The registration fee includes full participation in all Academy activities, materials (including a copy of Neuroteach: Brain Science and the Future of Education), light breakfast and lunch during each on-site Academy day and two evening receptions. Academy faculty will also provide mentoring support during the school year.
CEUs, Graduate Credit, and Micro-credentials:
CEUs are available from Johns Hopkins University's School of Education for an additional cost. You may also earn graduate credit for the Academy through the Institute for Graduate Studies (additional costs apply). Additionally, participants can earn micro-credentials from Digital Promise (no additional cost). When or after registering, indicate your interest in earning CEUs, graduate credit, and micro-credentials by emailing Julia Dean (email@example.com).
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid the processing fee for online registration, you are encouraged to write a check for the original amount to the Center for Transformative Teaching and Learning and mail your payment to Julia Dean, St. Andrew's Episcopal School 8804 Postoak Rd, Potomac, MD 20854.
