St. Andrew's teachers, of which 100 percent are trained in the All Kinds of Minds Neurodevelopmental Framework, serve as workshop facilitators. They share their professional expertise through a range of workshops that have evolved from their daily work with students spanning preschool through grade 12 and educational neuroscience. Ten St. Andrew’s faculty members are nationally recognized All Kinds of Minds facilitators.

David Brown is in his 24th year of teaching and mentoring at St. Andrew's Episcopal School. David is the Head of Upper School, Coordinator of New Teacher Orientation, and teaches Calculus in the Mathematics Department. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell and his M.Ed. in Administration from the University of Maryland. David serves on the IE (formerly AISGW) Beginning Teacher Institute Steering Committee and is part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators and is the co-author of the article "What Great Homework Looks Like" that is part of the CTTL's publication, "Think Differently and Deeply."

Scott Corkran has been teaching history and language arts to Intermediate and Middle School students at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School since 2006.  In addition to his time in the classroom, Scott served as the boys varsity and middle school basketball coach. Scott has a BA in Economics from Temple University and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago.  At St. Andrew’s, Scott developed the 8th grade’s Positive Leadership Initiative Program, designed the curriculum for two new courses, and is part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators.

Tracey Goodrich has been teaching middle and upper school Mathematics and Visual Arts at St. Andrew’s since 1986. Tracey earned her BA from Dickinson College and is part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators. She is a twelfth grade advisor and has been actively involved in the community service program at St. Andrew’s throughout her career.

John Holden has been an independent school teacher and leader since 1972. He earned his BA in Sociology from Wesleyan University and an M.Ed in Mathematics from Boston University. John is currently the Assistant Head of School and Middle School math teacher at St. Andrew’s Episcopal where he has led the professional development of one of the areas best faculties. John has observed and evaluated over 300 teachers and their classes is also part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators.

Sung Hee Kim has been with St. Andrew's Episcopal School since 2009. She taught Kindergarten and currently teaches Kindergarten, where she has revised and expanded the Math and Language Arts curriculum. Sung Hee earned her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Wellesley College and a Masters of Arts in Journalism from New York University. She is part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators.

Dresden Koons has been teaching since 1999 and is currently the Head of the Lower School (Preschool-3rd grade) at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School where she has also served as Associate Director of Diversity and Chair of the English Department. Dresden earned her BA in English and Women’s Studies from Duke University and a Masters of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland. Dresden is also part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators and author of the article "Great Teachers are Great Researchers" that is part of the CTTL's publication, "Think Differently and Deeply."

Carol Parent has been with St. Andrew’s as the Lower School Learning Specialist since 2006.  She graduated from Asbury University in Kentucky with undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and Psychology and from the University of Maryland with a Master’s degree in Human Growth and Development. Carol has had extensive experience as both a classroom teacher and an administrator, and she is also a part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators.

Phyllis Robinson has been teaching Biology and AP Biology since 1983 where she also served as Middle School Dean of Students. Phyllis earned her BA in Biology from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Life Science from the University of Maryland. Phyllis has been a reader for the AP Biology exam and is a part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators. Phyllis has a particular passion for field study and has designed trips for students to explore.

Susheela Robinson is in her 23rd year as an educator, having taught English in both public and private schools. Her experience has seen her teach 6th to 12th graders from South Dakota to the U.S. Virgin Islands to Connecticut. And, for the past five years, at St. Andrews Episcopal School where she is currently Head of the English Department. Susheela earned her BA in English from Hope College and her M. Ed in English Education from Plymouth State University; she is also part of the National Faculty of All Kinds of Minds Facilitators.
